Contest Rules

1. All models must be registered at the registration table to be considered for an award.

2. All entries must be in place by 11:00 AM.

3. All category placements at the time of entry are at the discretion of Coudersport Car Shows & Judges.

4. Judging will begin at 1:00 pm, and awards will be presented following the completion of judging.

5. A 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place award will be presented for each category, with Best of Class presented after the main award presentation.

6. Judging is based on building techniques, detailing, realism, accuracy, and overall workmanship.

7. ALL MODELS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A 4X6 CARD PROVIDING AS MUCH DETAIL ABOUT THE MODEL AS POSSIBLE.

8. No sweeps rule! In the event of multiple entries, the entrant will be awarded the highest-placing entry in that category.

9. Models can only be entered into one category per model.

10.   Coudersport Car Shows & The Venue accepts no responsibility for damage or accidents which may occur at the show.

11.   Any 3d printer models will be entered in the appropriate category.

12.   A copy of the rules is available upon request during the conduct of the show.

13.    All Judge Decisions are final.
